Terms of Service

The service

usrPeek is a web analytics service operated by Andrew Dowell, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

usrPeek provides website analytics via a JavaScript snippet you add to your site: visitor journeys, click tracking, goals and funnels, campaign attribution, AI search visibility features and related tooling, as described on our homepage.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract.
• One person or business per account; you may track multiple sites you own or operate.

Your responsibilities to your visitors

• You may only add the tracking snippet to websites you own or are authorised to instrument.
• You are the data controller for the visitor data you collect. You are responsible for making the disclosures and obtaining any consents your jurisdiction requires — the built-in consent banner and our privacy policy are there to help, but compliance with the laws that apply to your site is your responsibility.
• You must not use usrPeek to collect special category data, track individuals across unrelated sites, or attempt to re-identify visitors.

Acceptable use

You must not use usrPeek on sites distributing malware or engaged in illegal activity, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, resell the service without our agreement, or send us deliberately falsified traffic.

Plans and billing

• The free tier includes 1,000 pageviews per site per month. Events beyond the quota are not shown in your analytics until you upgrade.
• Paid plans (currently Solo and Growth) are billed monthly per site through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give pro-rata refunds for partial months.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Your data

Your analytics data is yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. If you delete a site or your account, the associated data is deleted.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice to export what you need.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for fraud.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability and governing law) survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
